AGREEMENT TO TERMS

ACHRAF OUAHAB MEDIA LLC provides digital services for coaches, including but not limited to system setup, content management, materials design, and funnel development.

The scope, deliverables, and timeline for each project will be discussed and agreed upon before work begins. Any changes to the agreed scope may affect the timeline and pricing.

PAYMENTS

Payment is required before work begins unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. All prices are listed in US dollars. We use third-party payment processors to handle transactions. By making a payment, you agree to the terms of the payment processor used.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Upon full payment, you own the deliverables created for your project. This includes systems, templates, designs, copy, and any other materials built specifically for you.

We retain the right to use general concepts, techniques, and knowledge gained during the project. We may also showcase the work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

To complete your project on time, we may need information, access, content, or feedback from you. Delays in providing these may result in extended timelines. We are not responsible for delays caused by late or incomplete information from the client.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

ACHRAF OUAHAB MEDIA LLC provides services on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes, revenue increases, or results from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the specific service in question.

THIRD-PARTY TOOLS AND PLATFORMS

Our services may involve the use of third-party platforms and tools. We are not responsible for the functionality, uptime, pricing changes, or policies of any third-party platform. Your use of these tools is subject to their respective terms of service.

TERMINATION

Either party may terminate a project by providing written notice. If you terminate a project after work has begun, any payments made are non-refundable. We reserve the right to terminate a project if terms are violated or if continued work is not feasible.

GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in accordance with applicable US law.

CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the website or services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
