REFUND POLICY

OUR POLICY

Because our services are custom and built specifically for each client, all sales are final once work has begun. Once a project has started, refunds will not be issued.

BEFORE WORK BEGINS

If you have made a payment but work has not yet started, you may request a full refund. Requests must be made in writing to contact@achrafouahabmedia.com.

WHAT COUNTS AS "WORK HAS BEGUN"

Work is considered to have begun once any of the following has occurred:

A kickoff call or onboarding session has taken place.
We have started building, designing, or setting up any part of your project.
We have requested and received project-related information from you.

PROJECT CANCELLATIONS

If you choose to cancel a project after work has begun, any payments made are non-refundable. You will receive all work completed up to the point of cancellation.

DISPUTES

If you are unsatisfied with a deliverable, we encourage you to reach out before requesting a refund. Every project includes a revision round, and we are committed to making things right within the agreed scope.
