This Privacy Policy explains how ACHRAF OUAHAB MEDIA LLC ("we", "us" or "our") collects, uses and protects personal information when you visit achrafouahabmedia.com (the "Site"), contact us, book a call or work with us.

In short

  • We only collect what you choose to share, like your name and email when you book a call, plus the basic technical data needed to run the Site.
  • We don't sell your information, and the Site uses no advertising or tracking cookies.
  • We rely on a few trusted providers to run the Site and book calls: Cloudflare, Calendly and Google Fonts.
  • You can ask us to see, correct or delete your information at any time.

01Who we are

ACHRAF OUAHAB MEDIA LLC is a consultancy offering project management, digital marketing and AI solutions. We are responsible for the personal information described in this policy. You can reach us at [email protected].

02Information we collect

Information you give us

  • Contact details, such as your name, email address and company, when you email us or book a call.
  • What you tell us about your business, goals and projects in messages, booking forms and calls.
  • Information we need to deliver our services to clients, such as project details, access to tools you choose to share with us, and billing details.

Information collected automatically

When you visit the Site, our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes technical information such as your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you request and the date and time of your visit. This is needed to deliver the Site, keep it secure and prevent abuse.

We may also use privacy-focused analytics, such as Cloudflare Web Analytics, which measure visits in aggregate without cookies and without tracking you across other websites.

Information from others

If someone refers you to us, or you reach out through a platform such as LinkedIn, we may receive your name and contact details from them.

03Cookies

The Site does not use advertising or tracking cookies, which is why you won't see a cookie banner here. When you use a third-party service we link to, such as Calendly, LinkedIn or Instagram, that service may set its own cookies under its own policy.

04How we use your information

  • To reply to your messages and hold the calls you book.
  • To prepare proposals, deliver our services and manage our relationship with clients.
  • To send service-related messages, such as scheduling details, project updates and invoices.
  • To send occasional updates or resources, only if you have agreed to receive them. You can unsubscribe at any time.
  • To run, secure and improve the Site.
  • To meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for targeted advertising.

05Legal bases (EEA and UK visitors)

If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we process personal information on these legal bases:

  • Contract: to respond to your requests before an engagement and to deliver our services.
  • Legitimate interests: to run and secure the Site, keep business records and improve how we work, always balanced against your rights.
  • Consent: for optional emails. You can withdraw your consent at any time.
  • Legal obligation: to keep the records the law requires.

06How we share information

We share personal information only with service providers that help us run our business, and only as much as they need:

  • Cloudflare: website hosting, security and, if enabled, analytics.
  • Calendly: scheduling the calls you book.
  • Google Fonts: delivering the Site's fonts. Your browser sends your IP address to Google when the fonts load.
  • Email, file storage and productivity providers we use to communicate and do our work.
  • Professional advisers, such as accountants and lawyers, who are bound by confidentiality.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or as part of a business transfer such as a merger or sale, in which case this policy continues to apply to your information.

07AI tools

AI is part of the services we provide. When we use AI tools in our work, we follow the data rules agreed with each client, and we do not enter confidential or personal information into AI tools without the client's approval. Where possible, we use business versions of AI tools that do not use your inputs to train their models.

08International transfers

We work remotely, and our service providers may process information in the United States and other countries. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses, to protect information transferred internationally.

09How long we keep information

  • Messages and booking details: as long as needed to respond and follow up, and generally no longer than 24 months if we don't work together.
  • Client records: for the length of the engagement, then as long as needed for accounting, tax and legal purposes.
  • Technical logs: for the short periods set by our hosting provider.

10Security

We protect information with reasonable measures, including HTTPS encryption, access controls and reputable service providers. No method of sending or storing data is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you.
  • Correct information that is inaccurate.
  • Delete your information.
  • Object to or restrict certain processing.
  • Receive a copy of your information in a portable format.
  • Withdraw your consent at any time, where we rely on consent.

If you live in California or another U.S. state with a privacy law, you may have similar rights to know, correct and delete your information. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

To use any of these rights, email [email protected]. We may need to confirm your identity first, and we will reply within the time the law requires. If you are in the EEA or UK, you can also complain to your local data protection authority.

12Children's privacy

The Site and our services are meant for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

13Links to other websites

The Site links to other websites and services, such as Calendly, LinkedIn and Instagram. Their own privacy policies apply when you use them, not this one.

14Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. If the changes are significant, we will take reasonable steps to let you know.
