Imagine having one clear system to manage every stage of your content creation.
I will set up a custom Notion database that manages all 7 stages of your content creation process.
You’ll have one hub where brainstorming, drafting, designing, recording, editing, scheduling, and repurposing are all streamlined.
By configuring the database (layouts, properties, filters, groups, etc.), each stage will be displayed and managed seamlessly.

By configuring the database (layouts, properties, filters, groups, etc.), each stage will be displayed and managed seamlessly.
HERE'S WHAT YOU'II GET
I’II establish 3 methods to generate ideas effectively:
Method 1 : Prompts by Content Objectives: I’ll create prompts (idea starters) grouped by your 4 main content objectives: Educate, Inspire, Entertain, Promote.
Method 2 : Mind Mapping Your Content Pillars: I’ll define your core content pillars and expand them into subtopics using a mind mapping tool that can be embedded directly inside Notion.
Method 3 : Exploring Content Angles: I’ll help you reframe existing ideas from different perspectives so you never run out of ways to engage your audience.
I’ll configure your database to handle the 4 development stages: Drafting, Designing, Recording, and Editing.
If the content is image-based (e.g. carousel, cheat sheet / infographic), you’ll move to the designing stage.
If the content is video-based (short-form or long-form), you’ll move to the recording, then to the editing stage.
Your database will include copywriting and storytelling frameworks as templates to simplify drafting. It will also centralize all resources, from design to recording / editing files, so everything is easy to access.
I’ll set up two scheduling views to keep you organized:
Table view: See all content that needs to be scheduled.
Calendar view (per platform): Display posts by publish date.
If a post performs well or has evergreen value, you can mark it for repurposing.
Those posts will automatically appear in a “Need Repurposing” view, so you can loop them back into the Drafting Stage and give them new life in another format or platform.
With this system, you’ll save time, reduce stress, and consistently deliver high-quality content.

I will set up a custom coaching client portal in Notion that serves as the home base for your clients.
It will provide clarity for them and free up your time by organizing the entire journey from onboarding to program delivery to offboarding.
HOW THE PORTAL WILL BE STRUCTURED
The portal will be divided into three main stages, with a clean navigation menu on the left for easy access:
A dedicated section where your clients will sign their agreement, complete their intake questionnaire, and schedule
their kickoff session.
The heart of the coaching experience. This section will hold the program overview, modules, session notes, and resources — all organized in one place.
A wrap-up section where clients can review their program recap, provide feedback, and receive clear next steps.
